總體來説還是滿意的，雖然硬件上因為裝修年代比較久，但是前台的小妹妹們服務還是挺好的，走廊清潔的阿姨也很和藹。餐廳的食物中上，但是價格也不貴，算是比較經濟的了。遊玩的那天遇到暴雨，前台幫忙把退房時間延遲到14：00，退房後遇到大雨打不到車，好在大堂有比較大的空間和座位，讓人有休息落腳的地方，這些都很人性化。

深圳老酒店了，設施都比較陳舊，在攜程訂的豪華木屋房，到前台辦入住卻給的普通雙人房房卡，到房間一看不對找前台問怎麼回事，還非得説沒搞錯，就是這個房型，好在我們是本地的，住過，還拿出預訂房間的圖片，才勉強換房，半句道歉都沒有，還在房卡上寫明是換房。我換的什麼房？特意註明是為什麼？有什麼套路嗎，不得而知。總之服務不到位，體驗感很差。

酒店位置不錯，旺中帶靜，在深圳這種大都市會有這麼幽靜的地方是很少了。不過就是設施比較陳舊，畢竟開業已經很久了。還有訂的複式房上面的空間有股黴味，睡在上面渾身發癢，是不是床單被罩沒曬乾凈，有蟎蟲？希望可以改進硬件設施。
