Excellent boutique hotel located within OCT Happy Coast. We had a spacious room with a wide balcony allowing us to take in views of the festivities over the New Year's Eve weekend. We especially loved the daily evening fruit platter sent to our room, which was an absolute delight! Thank you Bay Breeze Hotel for a wonderful stay - we really appreciate it as we're visiting Shenzhen for the first time from Singapore.

very good location, spacious and nice decorated room with large balcony, broad view, free mini bar with snack and soft drink, welcome fruit, 25m swimming pool and gym, can say it’s perfect. but staff internal communication not good enough, plan to have dinner at hotel restaurant, told by front desk we were not able to have dinner as have to book in advance, finally went out for dinner. Next day we visit the restaurant, waitress told we can have dinner at restaurant even no reservation, lost opportunity, wish to try their dish

Quiet boutique hotel and not overcrowded, great location right next to the mall and entertainment complex with lots of restaurants nearby . Hotel rooms are well maintained with a spacious balcony. Staff are friendly and nice. Great to stay over the weekend with kids

Amazing hotel! Absolutely love the view and can see the fireworks at night. Situated in a quiet area but with quick access to the main street with foods. Love that they provide L’Occitane products toiletries!

The most surprise thing is that the hotel provides L'occitane products and the complimentary food and drinks in snack bar are free to take. I also thanks for the reception staff Amy is friendly. Kids like the swimming pool and the bath is also enjoyable for kids to play and watch TV at the same time.

Pretty new, huge room, good facilities in the hotel. But rather expensive.

One of my Favorite hotels in Shenzhen. Always one of my first picks. Rooms are beautiful.

Good location. The mall nearby is average, as it’s a quiet place. Close enough to OCT Loft and Shekou. The price could go down a bit in off season, and maybe some brunch or music event by the pool would have been nice. I did not swim because no one else was there. The trip.com app won’t let me upload photos.
