●退房提示：[玫瑰][玫瑰]退房後必須微信通知本公寓，退房時間12點前，超過退房時間1小時30元；不滿一小時按一小時計算；超過17點加收全天房費。續住了一天，半天都沒來打掃衞生，説阿姨要先打掃有退房的房間。結果到了退房，十一點就開始催退房，電話一直打，沒停過，1點就直接開門進來趕人了。不可能會再住這一家，差評差評差評

找工作臨時入住的，離東門不遠，買東西很方便，房間空調好像壞了，沒辦法開暖氣，廚房剛打開味道很重，其他都還可以，入住需要200按金
