假期客人多，不夠安靜

地點方便、酒店連接的步行美食街、食店種類很多也很熱鬧。

面積挺大的，設施有點陳舊了

酒店服務非常到位，環境非常好，算是在深圳近這一年，我覺得最好的酒店，

已經是第二次入住，地方很大環境好

Second time staying at the hotel. The hotel is not bad and clean. But the facilities are very old. This time, we were deceived twice by the receptionist. First of all, we checked to see if there was a robot delivering meals. After making sure, we made a reservation. Then we went to check in and asked one more time if there was a robot delivering meals. The waiter said there was. However, after we ordered the meal, the meal was not there for a long time. It turned out that we had to go to another room on the first floor to pick it up😡 It was very inconvenient Second, because we checked in very late, we asked the service to delay check-out until 2 o'clock. When we checked in, the waiter said that we had arranged to delay check-out until 2 o'clock. However, when the check-out date was 12:30, we called him. We asked if we want to renew the lease😡 The service is very poor! It doesn't matter if the facilities are old, but the service must be good.

前枱服務態度非常良好。登記辦理入住有新鮮水果汽泡水，還免費升級房型跟延遲退房。 房間空間感很大，非常乾淨，隔音良好。在睡房休息不會聽到任何噪音。 特別感謝有Edwin跟整理房間的人員幫忙尋找遺失物品！有禮貌且快速回應需求，十分的幫大忙。 入住整體來說，體驗到了真正的五星級服務。
