we are surprised that the hostel is much better than the bad comments. the room is old but clean. 2 bottles of water provided each day. hot water for shower is more than enough. the towels could be changed everyday. but we don't suggest you to change it. other than the environmental protection, the fact is, they gave the best towel (new, soft) on your first day, the other days will be old towels. although the room has some bad smell, it's gone after the air conditioner is on. a large shopping mall just opposite the street, also, the railway station University City.

This place is fantastic, and awesome I love it and I wish to always book it again and again in future

The facilities are average, not what white-collar beauties want to live in. However, it is really difficult to stay in such an affordable hotel in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is a good choice for working-class and student parties.

衞生環境很差 房間有些異味 空調遙控器也是用一次就沒電一下 特別拉胯 信號也很差 插座也是松的 床頭的插座也是松的 房型也是廣角拍的。實際很小 好歹工作日也要一百四 環境能這麼拉胯也是很無語 整體消費極差 非常不建議入住

還可以，公寓停車方便。周邊幾百米有益田商場，村裡麪吃的東西也很多，周邊地鐵口也好幾個。去哪裡都很方便

公寓很好找，就在創客小鎮大門進去，招牌醒目。離大學城地鐵站比較近，步行5分鐘左右能到，交通便利。

房間有點小，這個價格還是可以了，性價比高。有洗衣機，我還洗了衣服。前台小哥服務很好，還給我介紹了周邊去哪裡玩。停車費便宜，因為酒店給優惠券，一天10元。

來深圳轉車的 該有的都有 就是2月份的深圳居然還要穿短袖！熱死我了，老闆還挺好，給了我一個大袋子裝外套，方便很多！ 走路10分鐘地鐵，附近有商場，吃了特產鴿子，很棒！

有20塊錢停車場抵用券，一天停車費衹需要10塊錢，酒店位置挺方便，房間有廚房洗衣機冰箱非常方便，周圍可以河邊公園散步，樓下吃飯也方便。

位置還行吧，打車容易找，公共交通就比較麻煩； 設施比較陳舊，看得出有點年代，不過好在暖氣能用，設施電器都比較全； 前台服務態度很好，價格實惠，臨時住還是挺合適的

出差時無意之間訂到的這家，最滿意的是他們家交通方便，離地鐵站近，去辦事轉車等各方面也都很方便。如果是在深圳出差或去外地的來這邊還都挺很合適的。

交通便利，公交地鐵站很近出行方便快捷。
