Location is ok. Metro stop is pretty close 200-300 metres. Mall is one stop away. High speed train station shenzhen north is pretty close. hotel needs renovation. There are not many options to eat near the hotel.

Nice apartment as home feeling Near to sz north

Service apartment hotel room is in a private apartment community. Customer service was very responsive. Hotel was exactly where we needed it to be, across from SUSTC University. No breakfast included but food, and convenience shops near the entrance to the community. Building is a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Working washer which was nice to use on our long vacation. But an extra washer was keeping the kitchen balcony door open allowing heat and noise inside the apartment. Construction noise could be heard during the day. Bathroom and shower were very small. It’s a good value and there are limited choices to stay in the area.

I often need to take the high-speed rail for business trips. I fell in love with it after staying here once. It's only one subway stop away from Shenzhen North Station, but it's much better than many hotels or B&Bs near Shenzhen North Station. I've stayed here more than a dozen times. Convenience, comfort, and quietness. Isn't this what business travel values ​​most?

The location is very good. It is only one stop away from Shenzhen North Station and a few minutes walk from Metro Line 5. Convenient living. There are KFC, Sichuan cuisine, braised dishes, noodle shops, Xinjiang restaurants, Qiandama Baiguoyuan, 7/11, a small vegetable market and a gym downstairs. The rooms are fully equipped. Some rooms have projectors. The front desk guy is considerate and enthusiastic. Everything is just right

The location is very hard to find. There is no front desk. I had to make several calls before the phone was connected. The hygiene is very worrying and unclean. I felt itchy after sleeping for a night. The customer service was also very slow in responding to messages. I stepped on the pit

I came here alone, it was quiet, there was no noise, I came here to relax, it felt similar to what I imagined Shenzhen to be, the B&B was similar, but it was very quiet and safe, I was fine alone, I enjoyed it, the food in Shenzhen was also delicious

Good news for movie fans, the projection is very clear and coupled with its own speakers, it feels like you are in the scene, draw the curtains and lie on the bed, oh, by the way, the sound insulation in the room is very good, there is no other noise at all. Watching a horror movie late at night scared my girlfriend so much that she huddled in my arms 😂.

I came here on a business trip with my boss. It was pretty good. I was able to fully experience it. The environment in Shenzhen is also very convenient for business trips. I like it! If there is a next time, I will recommend it to my colleagues.

The front desk service was good. The butler sent the check-in information on WeChat in advance. It was very clear and we found the location quickly. However, the front desk and the formal check-in unit are located in different buildings, so you need to go downstairs after registration. We couldn't arrange reservations for two of our families on the same floor because the units were spread out.

The environment is not bad, the room is large, and the hygiene is very clean. It is much better than the surrounding hotels of the same price. The front desk also helps store luggage, which is nice.
