房間挺大，位置就在深圳灣口岸對出，所謂的酒店游泳池只是後面小區的游泳訓練班泳池，更沒什麼服務可言，從入住酒店時就告知需要小童拖鞋和牙刷，直至離店都未送過，而且酒店空調太久沒清潔過，一開冷氣臭氣熏天，成晚都瞓不着，在南方城市潮濕難免，很多酒店房間都會有抽濕機，但這家未見過，更是房間沒有洗衣袋提供。。。出去食飯要走大約十分鐘直君尚3109才有東西吃，但這個商場開放時間是10至11，所以並不覺得方便⋯⋯多年來第一評價，體驗感差．．

入住深圳灣海尚酒店非常舒適，工作人員服務熱情周到，房間乾淨明亮整潔，房間很大能夠看到大海美麗景色，離深圳灣公園近，離店等車時工作人員還幫助拿行李放好在車上，值得點贊！
