The hotel's service facilities are very good and the location is very convenient, just above the subway station. Felix, the hotel manager, entertained him warmly. The children liked the dinosaur dolls very much and kept saying that they would come again next time☺️ The hotel room is very clean, the air conditioning is cool enough, and the shower water pressure and temperature are suitable. I like the smart curtains here very much, they are very convenient and I will come back next time.

酒店在塘朗地鐵站，一出站步行3分鐘，全程不需要出室外，可以直接走通道到商場裏面，酒店設施齊全，酒店有一個室外泳池，和汗蒸房，游完了還能去汗蒸一會兒，很舒服，工作人員友好，前台Emily很熱情，下次還會來，

交通很便利，樓下就是地鐵，有健身房，汗蒸，泳池，房間設備設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，前台小鄧，Lucy，達爾文很熱情，非常棒的一次入住體驗，點贊！

It was my first time staying in this hotel. The service was really good. I stayed another night. Yoko. Hao. Niki provided very good service. They were very enthusiastic, patient, and professional. They answered all my questions. The room was clean and spacious. I stayed in a suite. I liked the layout very much. Parking was very convenient. There was a subway station or a shopping mall on the third floor.

I went to Shenzhen to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I wanted to find a hotel that was conveniently close to the subway station but not too crowded, so I found this hotel in Gaoli on Trip.com! Although it is not close to the border crossing, it only takes 2 more stops from Shenzhen North Railway Station to get there! It only takes a few minutes to walk, and you don’t have to worry about it even if it rains, because there are tiles to cover your head the whole way! We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but Lucy at the hotel front desk was very considerate and immediately found a room for us! They also asked us if we could make any requests for the room. Knowing that my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they specially prepared red wine and fruit plates for us to celebrate! We were really surprised! Although it was a little chilly from the rain, the hotel staff felt very welcoming and polite. They even took us on a lift, which is worth extra points! Since it was raining outside, we didn’t want to go too far, so we had dinner at the hotel! Lucy knew that we wanted to try the hotel's dinner, so she mentioned that we had a guest discount! $158 per person for unlimited buffet! Of course, you don’t need to hesitate to decide to have buffet at Xing Pu Restaurant! The hotel room is very open and spacious, considering how high the floor is, it is clean and tidy. Even the bathroom, which I pay the most attention to, must not have any peculiar smell, it meets my requirements! (Thinking about the several times I’ve stayed in hotels near the border before, the smell in the toilets was quite scary) But I feel so comfortable and hygienic here! The mattress is so soft and cotton that it’s easy to fall asleep~ It’s also a bonus to have disposable earplugs on the bedside table! Even though I didn’t use it, there was no noise even when I saw the subway! The food in the hotel restaurant is quite good. The best ones are scallops and abalone and goosefoot. The fruits are so fresh and they even have fresh coconut. But you have to be quick to get them. The grilled lamb rack and steak are also good! No time limit, very cost-effective! And you don’t have to eat in a hurry! By the way, the chef in the restaurant is also very polite, and the waiters are quick to hold the dishes! All in all, I will recommend it to my relatives and friends, and will stay at the hotel again if I have the opportunity~
