地理位置很好，離地鐵站很近，去沙灘也方便，附近吃的也很多，房東也很好，有什麼問題可以在微信找她，回覆也很快。就是陰天沒能看見日出很可惜。

公寓老闆娘服務態度良好，可免費轉房，房間寬敞，衛生環境良好。鄰近地鐵站及沙灘。樓下餐廳多選擇，可選擇outlet購物及去沙灘游水。渡假之選。

酒店位置非常理想，非常方便落沙灘，房間可以望到沙灘及睇日落，不過可惜天氣唔好，等下次有機會再同另一班朋友再來。

1房1廳，地方很大，另外有陽台及搖搖椅住得很舒服，離海灘很近過馬路便是入口，附近很多吃的小店有海鮮及乳鴿吃，总的來說非常好

休2天.突然想一個人出去走走.就一個女生去深圳來個小旅行.反正香港去也近.找了很久才找到這間沒負評的公寓.因為不太清楚位置.打給老闆娘.老闆娘就幫我升級去一間三床的大房.她說那間景觀比較好.更容易看到海😂.老闆娘很有禮貌.而且微信回覆很快.幫忙解決問題的效率也很好👍👍👍不過說實話. 一個女生住這麼大的房間是有點怕😂下次有空再去住吧.謝謝老闆娘🫶

The apartment is very close to the dameisha beach, only 5 min. walking. The landlord is very nice and friendly. She responded quickly to all our questions. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Even the MTR station Dameisha is at walkable distance (5 min).
The kitchen needs a renovation, but it did not bother us as we had all our meals outside. There is so much choice for everyone. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so we had to mop the floor quite often to keep the bathroom and toilet dry. Other than that, we loved everything about the apartment!

房間是一房一廳的，三個床鋪，還有沙發，挺好的，是海景房，陽台上還有搖搖椅，吹着海風，眺望海景很愜意，如果價格能再便宜些就更好了。
