衹能説太臟了，毛巾也不換真的好惡心有兩根捲毛還好我看見了，不然就用了，服務態度真的超級差，你接受不了網上的價格你完全可以不去掛網，一副不情願説網上訂的沒房間，看我轉身要走了又説還有一間，真的好雞兒噁心，這種旅館還開個毛線啊，花一百多訂個房間真的成了大冤種

提前預訂好的房子，準備入住的時候告訴我房子沒有了，給上一個顧客續租了，前預訂的過去竟然讓給續租的，然後道的道理都不懂嗎？他給的解決辦法是讓我加錢升級成雙人床，又不是我的問題，還要我加錢，不是**嗎？然後他給了第二個解決辦法他住的房間收拾出來給我，我同意了，她就慢慢的收拾房間，我等了她快一個鐘，她告訴我她不收了，讓我直接住雙人床。上去6樓，沒坐下就告訴我有房子了要我下去，別人剛退的房，他用十分鐘就收拾出來了，衞生真的不敢想象，進去房間牆壁發黴，衞生間廁所爛的，這凳子上面一層的灰，天花板還是爛的，熱水器的開關也是爛的，就是説下午6:00過去入住，讓我等了兩個小時才能入住，早上退房的時候她睡在外面，她的房間還讓給了領一個客人。第一次見有這種操作的睡在大廳外面。服務態度超級差，發生這個事情一句不好意思的道歉都沒有。戴個眼鏡也不正眼看人，誰去誰倒黴吧，擦亮眼睛，遠離噁心的人。
