1. 住宿的地點鄰近南油地鐵站，附近有不少便利店、餐廳和休閒場所，吃喝玩樂也非常方便。
2. 雖然旅店同時住上很多人，但每個房間和公共空間仍然保持得非常整潔，可說是井然有序，亦有非常充足的空間擺放行李及個人用品，整體環境舒適和潔淨，令人住得安心又舒適。
3. 最基本的設備一應俱全，非常合適短暫在深圳留宿的旅客。

跟照片一樣，很有太空感，床很大，足夠2人睡覺，（雖然每張床只能睡一人），有通風口引入空調，也有抽風，性價高

獨立房間完全不隔光，如果隔壁倉開燈的話，就是一個玻璃板隔在中間，等同於在大燈下睡覺，艙門無法真正關緊，可以被人隨時打開。廁所衞生打掃不夠頻繁，且打掃衞生的阿姨，總在佔用着客人洗漱時間去打掃，地下的水都淹了起來，就在這樣的廁所裏洗漱
