衞生有侍改善，餐廳服務員態度不友善，本來晚上想直接在餐廳用膳，但小朋友想吃pizza，放是就跟服務員說不在這里吃了，不好意思等，但服務員臉色馬上變得非常差，不知是人手不夠太累，還是她個人服務質素問題，反正這酒店須改善的事項很多。

我們未夠兩點check in,因房間未準備好，前枱小郭就給一間比我們訂的還大一點的房間。還帶我們上房看過滿意再決定，服務非常好。
另外房間很大，亦很亁淨，兩個小朋友很開心。

前櫃小楊親和有禮貌，還幫忙替我升級房間，房間很大而且乾淨舒適，酒店距離羅湖口岸十分鐘車程很便利，酒店旁邊有超市，走五分鐘有很多餐廳，下次去深圳定必再次入住。
