玩文字遊戲，實際是合租房，説什麼是兩室一廳讓你住主卧，不住退房還退不了款，訂房加退房前後不到二十分鐘幾百塊就輕輕鬆鬆到手。去哪兒網客服也解決不了。非要浪費時間打12315才給解決退款，避坑避坑

服務態度非常差，現實中的房間跟網上圖片差異太多太大在網上價格訂的房間跟跟實際開的房間完全不符合一開始進的房間又臭又臟跟賣yin女的雞窩一樣房間一步都沒有進去後來想退房有點難打電話問工作人員有沒有我再網上訂的訂單的房型，他一開始説沒有後來又説有，給我換了之後第二天又説我定的房型價格是400塊的説給我優惠300塊意思還讓我多出幾十塊錢按金還不願意退給我，打給去哪兒了客服叫他們幫我協商。換的第二個房間投影布都掉下來了我看到第一時間拍照生怕酒店訛我😓。大家避坑，是我開過最差的酒店，沒有之一
