實地對比了幾家酒店公寓，這家裝修風格簡約大氣，酒店設施齊全，環境乾淨整潔，細節處也周全到位。前台服務很贊，不僅滿足我們對大號書桌的需求，還貼心地更換了更舒適的轉椅。在此住了十幾天，除房間鄰近電梯運行噪音略大外沒有槽點，出行便利快捷，購物選擇豐富，停車位充足，在這個區域可以説是性價比相當nice的選擇了。

值得讚賞的情況：地理位置極好，交通方便，離大劇院地鐵站、羅湖萬象城、KK Mall、荔枝公園、東門老街等都很近。房間活動空間很大，設備齊全，有冰箱、洗衣機，睡床很軟，睡得很舒服。外賣可送到房間，十分方便。
有待改善的情況：房間的空調設計有缺憾，兩間卧室中衹有其中一個有空調出風口；兩間卧室上面是鏤空的，不隔音。另外，退房時行李暫存服務有很大的改善空間，服務員不願意將行李牌掛在行李上以示飾別，亦沒有對行李作任何記錄，任何客人都可以隨意拿走放在服務處附近的任何行李，在客人財物的保安有很大的問題。
總括來説，性格比算高，若能改善上述不足的情況，下次會考慮再來。
