The TV remote control didn't work and there was no TV to watch all night
There was a lot of garbage under the bed, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned
The mattress was uneven, maybe too old, with a dent in the middle, making it difficult to sleep all night
The water pressure in the shower is not strong enough, and it doesn’t even support basic conditioner.
The disposable slippers look like they have been used and are stained
There are two medium-sized towels, not even thin towels. I live in a room with 4 people (two extra-large double beds, and the reservation has specified 4 people). Although I may not be able to use them, I should have them for basic models.
Next time I won’t stay for free, it’s worse than a cheap hotel
