It is always a good experience to stay there. Great location, quick check-in, and could check in earlier, which I appreciate always. Will for sure return. The bar is nice wis a great view.

We booked an executive suite with a balcony and sea view to celebrate a birthday. Service spot on especially Ms. Aileen and Mr Martin were very professional and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good and on point.

Wonderful experience this time. I have been contact to the hotel and they have a good willing to cooperate and planning with me to celebrate my anniversary and surprised my girlfriend. All staffs and people in here are so nice. Look forward to coming back next time.

Good location, nice breakfast, dinner was ok, but the size of the curtains is wrong: how come Hilton curtains are letting the sun rays in at 5:30am? Please go to buy curtains the right length

We had a super nice stay here! The staff was friendly and helpful! They offered us a free room upgrade so we got the ocean view. The hotel room was clean and spacious with great amenities. In particular, we love the tv programs here. There were so many channels to choose from! Breakfast was decent with many choices. Swimming pool was nice but could be crowded during certain times.

Located right next to the bay where watersports are available and walking distance from seaworld area where there are fantastic food options. Staff are all courteous and eager to assist guest. Wonderful sea view rooms.

Staff are amazing especially Miya, Levi and Iris at the front desk. They were so supportive and friendly when assisting us. Amazing location around a 5 min walk from SeaWorld. Good restaurants in the area , and lovely pop up food trucks near the gallery which neighbors the hotel. Do not order food in the lobby- the nachos and deep fried calamari was not good, however the restaurant on the 1st floor where breakfast is eaten - is amazing ! The beef noodles are a MUST! Make sure you visit the sky bar and have a drink, there are some spectacular views from up there. We will definitely book her again and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities including the gym and spa.

On behalf of my manager, I would like to thank Aileen, a staff of your hotel. As a secretary, I am also very grateful to Aileen for her assistance in my work. My boss is a regular guest of the hotel, but this was the first time I booked a room in Nanhai Wing on Ctrip and I was not really clear about the difference between Nanhai Wing and Wanghai Wing. On the day my manager checked in, the hotel was very full, Aileen knew that my manager was only stayed in the Wanghai Wing, so she tried her best to coordinate the room for me and adjusted the room type for me at a best price. The check-in process went very smoothly and my manager was satisfied with his stay at your hotel. We will definitely recommend your hotel to other clients and choose your hotel in the future.

My recent stay at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai was absolutely delightful, thanks in large part to the exemplary service provided by the manager, Aileen Lam. Aileen went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. She recommended the Executive Lounge, which turned out to be a fantastic highlight—definitely a must-try! The room exceeded our expectations in comfort and cleanliness, making our two-night stay extremely pleasant. The breakfast selection was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our days on the right note. Located at the heart of Shekou Seaworld, the hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions, making it an ideal spot for travelers looking to explore the area. We are already looking forward to our next visit to this wonderful hotel. A big thank you to Aileen and the entire staff for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

It was sadness to leave a place where even only 2 nights spent could let me feel at least double time.. all the staff were professional and let us feel always in perfect place… the restaurants inside hotel were all greats with great service and food.. SPA we could join only once.. but sure will not be last.. overall??? A memorable staying.. see you soon.. hope I don’t wrong the name (in case i apologise) Ms.Davina was really great at the dinner time with tomahawk.. and a special thanks to the kitchen for the perfect cooking.. also high tea set was great.. and last day the Chinese restaurant dim sum great too..

When booking be careful about the “double structure” of the hotel, which is not well explained neither on C Trip app nor at the hotel….basically if you are looking for a more business, busy environment stay at the main structure (newer building); but if you’re looking for something more quiet, cozy and relaxing then stay at the “old building”, which is mainly equipped with suits. Beside this little tricky part….we had a wonderful stay (at the old building)! The service is a bit below our expectations but considering the relatively low price for such a good location and overall very good structure, there is nothing we can complain about . We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay and surely will be back. Great hotel also for a stay-cation.
