It’s a quick business trip and second time stay in Raffles Shenzhen, we had wonderful stay as last time.
Special thanks to the Butler team arranging little surprise for my birthday and the beautiful setup in the room. Frieda, Andy, Kathryn, you guys are making the guests staying experience special.

優缺點都很明顯，優點是環境和地理位置優越，房間服務也很周到，但餐飲管理非常混亂且不專業！1、早餐安排很混亂，排隊等候了十幾分鍾，我主動詢問叫號服務員前面還有幾桌？沒想到服務員竟然如夢初醒説有空位不用等了，非常的無語，那是否我不主動問就要一直等下去？2、午餐購買了套餐券也一再和酒店確認過，誰知道用餐後用餐部的服務員在拍照確認餐券後，又在我退房離開酒店時打電話來催買單，後來證實是無需買單的，可見對自家酒店的餐飲促銷活動非常不瞭解。3、晚間前往長廊酒吧享受餐飲禮遇，問服務員要勺子被拒絕，説枱面有叉子，試問這種服務態度是五星級酒店該有的嗎？希望日後增強餐飲部的服務員業務培訓。
