去到房間就蟑螂，要求換房不肯，要求退房不肯。蟑螂也不處理，直接退房走了。停車場又一直不開門，當天太累，沒去投訴相關部門。垃圾，噁心。衞生差，服務差，這種酒店倒閉吧。
