衞生差，毛巾上還有頭髮，牀頭櫃有煙灰隔音差，外門走路聲音煩，凌晨四點吵。服務差，預訂入住居然查不到名字，隨便給了房間廁所漏水，空調漏水。一般的小賓館還差

我原本提前兩天預訂的有窗房，結果到了之後給我的是無窗房，無窗户也沒有空調，我要求換房，商家一開始不願意給我換房，商家叫我退房，經過多次溝通，商家才願意給我換了有窗房，有窗房外面也很吵，一夜無眠，湊合著過了一晚。
