Affordable in low season, plenty of space, looks more 4* hotel room than any basic tiny bedroom options in Shenzhen (Nanshan/Futian/Lowu/Sekou) … all in order, confortable place to stay, few minutes walking from SZ World North line 20 from/to airport, then line 11 to Futian.

Good location; near to Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

A really nice hotel with good services. The biggest downside is it is very far from most other parts of Shenzhen and does not have many places outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice with a great bed, good space, a washer, refrigerator and a nice shower/bathroom.

Feel good

The price/performance ratio is good during non-exhibition periods. It is about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. A deposit of 100 yuan is required and it will be returned the next day. The mattress is a bit hard.

Not far from the exhibition hall, opposite Hall 20, the price is still very favorable during the exhibition. There is no breakfast downstairs, the surrounding environment is beautiful and it is good to walk around after eating. There are many places to eat across the river. The isolation is very general after all, it is an apartment.
