Dynasty Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Port)

This hotel was pretty good! I booked it for the Desire4 concert in Hong Kong, and it's really close to the border crossing. The stay was quite comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. The service was also excellent 👍

Booked a family room with a friend for our trip, and it was absolutely adorable! The room was surprisingly spacious, much bigger than I expected, and it even had a toy pony, LOL. The air conditioning was quite loud, which was a bit of a downside; I'd suggest they look into that.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. The robot delivery service for food and other items was quick and convenient. Besides toiletries, many other tools and simple items were available for rent, which was a thoughtful touch.

The bathroom had significant rust, and many drawers were covered in dust, which is perhaps to be expected from a nearly nine-year-old establishment. You could see dirt packed into the corners where the carpet met the walls, and the air conditioning had a musty smell. Honestly, 400 yuan for this kind of hotel is quite overpriced.

This hotel is really close to Futian Port and also near Shuwei Night Market, which has a lot of great food options. There's also a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was much smaller than I expected, but the location is indeed excellent. It's a five-minute walk to Futian Port, which makes going to Hong Kong very convenient. The subway station is a ten-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, just a couple of streets over. My only complaint is that I ended up in a room at the very end of the hall, though it was surprisingly quiet.

The surroundings are convenient, with a subway station nearby, and plenty of small eateries and shops at the intersection. There's also a bus station for services to Zhongshan and Shenzhen Airport. The room is very spacious; we had a twin room, and each bed felt big enough for two people, with ample space between the beds and the walls. Each bedside has USB and power outlets, which is incredibly convenient, and the hotel even provides a free triple-head USB charging cable. The room includes a small sofa, a table and chairs, and a mini-fridge, meeting all our needs. The generous space allowed us to open two large suitcases flat on the floor without any issues. The bathroom has a shower, plastic slippers, and a hairdryer. A thoughtful touch was a small tip sheet listing many items available for loan, such as study supplies, facial cleanser, sanitary pads, and a sewing kit. There's a self-service laundry room on the second floor, which appeared to offer washing and drying services based on the pictures, but we didn't use it. The only downsides were a particularly small sink with weak water pressure, and one ceiling light and one bedside pendant lamp not working.
