great Staff, great location. but the bed is not comfortable at all. the toilet is clean, but itself not enough. for 16 people one toilet?

The host is the coolest guy I met in Shenzhen. He doesn’t really speak English but with help of translations app you can get everything you need from him.

I really enjoyed my short stay here. Met some nice people here and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. (Think her name was Xiao) The room was very clean with own personal locker and the shared shower was fine. They provide toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush. There are two very playful dogs in residence here which is a bonus! Location is excellent being that the subway is right downstairs at the entrance and also being opposite a shopping mall with many restaurants.

位置特別方便下樓就是地鐵站和商場，然後青旅設施特別齊全貼心什麼都有，還有兩衹狗狗很可愛，唯一毛病就是床套有點味

The environment is good, very clean, the facilities are quite complete, and the location is also very good, right at the subway exit, convenient to go anywhere. The only drawback is that there are only two public toilets, and you have to wait to take a shower or go to the toilet during peak hours
