前台很好，性格好，服務好，免費給升了房，後面我又續住了好1天。酒店門口左手邊有個停車場，走路不到一分鐘就可以到酒店前台4樓辦入住，衹不過旁邊停車位有點少，在酒店對面商場大樓也有停車場車位充足，走路1分鐘左右就到酒店，對於開車過來的朋友真的很奈斯。另外出行交通方便，距離地鐵站不過幾百米。下次來深圳玩還住這家酒店和圖片上的一樣，深圳很好玩下次還來。地理位置很棒，周圍就是商圈，吃東西、逛街都很nice，很便利。房間衞生很不錯，保潔阿姨也特別熱情耐心，唯一就是晚上有些噪音，但也是在我能承受範圍，前台服務員態度也特別好，下次還會繼續選擇。是我這麼多次在深圳，住的性價比最高的一家店。酒店樓下有餐飲店，早上吃早餐什麼的也很方便。

因為飛機延誤，到酒店已經凌晨4點多了，入住時前台還幫忙免費升級了房間，好驚喜。安排了比較安靜的房間，空間很大，前台服務態度特別好，房間有窗簾插上房卡就自動開了，特別是想洗衣服，剛好4樓還有自助免費洗衣房，太方便了。位置很便利，出行無論地鐵打車都很方便，離羅湖萬象城很近，周邊有很多特色小吃和景點，周圍商場很多，吃喝玩樂都有，離東門老街幾分鐘路程，主要是酒店也是新裝修的，很乾凈衞生，風格是簡約大方類型，房間內乾淨整潔。出來旅遊，商務住宿都很推薦！但衞生有點問題，但經過溝通還是很好解決了。態度很好，且解決問題到位及時本次入住最滿意的一點。所以還是點了好評。除了週末價格浮動稍微大點，其他都挺滿意的。下次來出差還是繼續住邊。
