在深圳住過的最滿意的酒店，下次來一定也會選擇這一家。床墊很軟很好睡，衞生環境好，最重要的是服務非常優質，包括每一件快遞和外賣都會迅速送到門口，免費打印材料並幫忙送到房間，入住退房都幫忙拿行李和放行李。特別感謝Chris Yang，小哥哥很nice，還送了一個小玩偶，謝謝：）下次來一定還會選擇這一家的！

環境：乾淨舒適，安靜而且交通方便
服務：這個必須要給至少5.5星，而且我認為這是難得作為國內值得推薦的精品酒店。
1. 酒店確實注意到我的留言細心的安排在安靜的樓層和房間;
2. 酒店願意額外的成本與時間幫客戶佈置房間, 而且絕不馬虎(图）；
3. 從check-in到電梯口, 除了有效率, 令我更加值得讚美的，就是一位酒店員工，Crystal, 除了她的熱情介紹，最令人深刻的就是那個電梯後的90度鞠躬作為對客戶的致敬。我只能說全球的酒店少則我去過100間以上，只有少於五間酒店會有這個細節，這位員工很熱愛她的工作，希望管理層會注意到她吧。
飲食：我故意的點了中餐還有西餐來測試一下所謂的酒店食物到房間。確實送餐時間控制得很好而且重點細節就是，碗碟也是介乎熱和溫的，味道確實不錯，對比起很多酒店送房餐飲。

第一次在深圳選擇這種小眾酒店品牌，首先原因是覺得差不多車程這個價位很划算。到了之後發現雖然酒店不大，但五臟俱全，服務也很不錯，房間空間和用品都很充足，早餐也不錯。

整體滿意，酒店職員服務態度十分好。床具很舒適，冷氣發出的聲音很少，很安靜。但椅子有多處明顯的破損，需及時更換。另外，酒店旁邊有不定時的施工，幸好入住時沒有很大噪音。
