Atour X Hotel Futian Chegong Temple Shenzhen

The hotel's location is convenient, and the environment is clean and tidy. The robot delivery service was quick, and the staff had excellent service attitudes. The deep sleep pillows were very comfortable, as was the mattress. The shower had great water pressure.

The hotel service was absolutely perfect, and the environment was fantastic too. The only minor issue was the slightly unstable Wi-Fi.

The hotel is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the subway exit, right at the intersection. However, the path isn't covered, so you'll need an umbrella if it rains. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having bathrobes was a nice touch. USB charging ports and bottled water were also provided.

The room was spotless, and the cleaning details were exceptionally well done. The front desk service was excellent; they helped me print documents, providing comprehensive and thoughtful assistance.

The pillows at Atour are really comfortable, haha. The room was clean, tidy, and neat. The front desk staff were all very friendly.

Atour continues to be consistently excellent. Both the kids and the elderly were very satisfied. No matter where we travel, I can't help but compare other hotels to Atour. The breakfast and late-night snacks, cleanliness, staff service, bedding, and complimentary eye mask were all very comfortable.

The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to both Xiasha and Chegongmiao stations. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The black tea and green tea in the fridge were incredibly good. The hotel's laundry room and gym are excellent – a real lifesaver for someone like me who needs to do laundry and work out every day.
