這是我第一次入住海德酒店，我們全家從三亞返回路過深圳小住一晚。深圳我不熟，但我想帶全家人看看最深圳的地方，比如深圳灣公園，大商場大超市大購物中心之類的。經過反覆挑選，最後篩選了海德酒店，因為酒店的位置幾乎符合我的所有要求，就在後海地鐵站口，機場11號線過來，F口出門便是。酒店性價比挺高，房間超級大，裝修簡約型，這恰好符合我夫人的口味，她有較嚴重的潔癖，反對一切地毯，帶着兩個娃入住該酒店非常適合。第二天居然發現，酒店地下二層居然可以直接進入地鐵站，關鍵是下着大雨，我們從萬象城的地下居然可以直接走到酒店，讓我們少淋了一場雨。應該説我對這家酒店還是非常滿意的

服務最差的酒店之一，其他的都不錯，但服務態度太差了，首先，寄存在前台的東西，價值小1000塊錢，超過1個月再去取，説已經簽了協議，超過1個月的酒店自行處理了，問題是酒店在處理之前並沒有給我打電話讓我去取，導致東西丟了。
其次，前台經常不搭理人，在那裡一個問題要問好幾次才回復，要不是離出差的地方近，才不要來這個鬼地方！！！！！

房間地理位置挺方便，服務也不錯，附近也有很多商場和餐廳，樓下就是地鐵站，但房間的衛生有待改善，包括地上，桌子，沙發和床的乾淨程度都未如預期，地板還發現有灰塵、頭髮和食物碎屑
