Location is on 10th floor of the tower via entrance C, very hard to find. No hotel sign/name anywhere to be found with small office with one staff to check in on the 10th floor.

Good view from the window, daily cleaning, only no bathrobe as promised.

No services at all. And the building has different service providers which makes confusions with booking order. If no expectations, then its ok cause its not a hotel.

It was great experience, stayed two days, hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly too.

I have never rated a hotel this bad in my life. The service of terrible. I believe they just hired people on the street with no experience to do the work. Not trained at all. We waited 5 hours for check in because they told us every 30 mins the room will be ready very soon. When we walked inside the room it was very dusty and unclean, didn't even want to stay one more night. We decided to cut down from 4 nights to only two nights. Terrible experience

First time visiting Shenzhen and I am so glad that I chose to stay with HIPPA. The room was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We cooked the entire time while we stayed there and everything worked perfectly fine in the kitchen. The staff even offered to let us use their cooking pot when ours wasn’t working properly with their electric stove. Besides, the location is very convenient with great transport links around this area and it’s close to many great restaurants where you can have decent meals at reasonable prices. I can’t recommend this hotel more!

Let me start by saying this location is perfect for visiting Shenzhen. There is lots of local foods, and markets near by for the apartment style living. Also not very far from Coco Park with many western options. The staff are extremely helpful and communicate very well to guest needs. They will even communicate with WeChat for foreign guest and they are very respectful. We were luck to have our room upgraded this time. All room types here are spacious and clean. The kitchen works well and you can cook if you prefer. Really can have a comfortable visit with the Hippa! I will always choose it when I visit Shenzhen.

When I checked out, I accidentally left things in the hotel and the clerk saved them for me until I returned. This hotel feels like home.
