體驗感極差！有幾點需要特別投訴下
一、服務體驗一般：
1、手持大件行李準備辦理入住，門口的大門需要手推且很重，門口的服務員看見之後並無主動幫乘客推門
2、前台辦理入住時，前台1個女服務員態度冷漠
二、捆綁消費，亂收費。退房之後告知需要再收取屋內的各類雜費300➕，例如冰箱內飲料（約6倍於市價），但是在辦理入住時前台與服務員並沒有提醒屋內的設施需要收費，在房間也沒有發現明顯標識，明碼標價説要收費。
三、配套設備匱乏，例如，酒店近機場，晚上特別吵，常有飛機轟鳴聲，打電話給前台希望能提供一下耳塞，被拒絕反饋説沒有
