Dongmen Yitang Service Apartment

When we arrived at the apartment, there was no proper sign where the entrance is and was told by the security guard to drive to the basement. So the Didi driver drove to the basement parking lot. There's a phone at the basement entrance to call the hotel reception if we need help. So we called and the receptionist answered and sent 2 employees to the parking lot. When they came down and one of the employees without glasses started to yell at us saying there's no lift in the basement and they will not carry the 2 luggage up the stairs. We told him that the security guard asked us to go to the basement parking lot. He keeps on complaining about us dropping off the luggage in the basement parking lot. This kind of behaviour is absolutely not acceptable. He treated us like we are fools and knew nothing. This was the worst experience ever we had in China. We were upset with the situation and were not happy for the entire stay in this apartment.
