晚上10點多到的，手機快沒電了，摸黑找到網上的地址後發現沒有前台，打客服電話問才知道網上顯示的地址（9棟103）與實際辦理入住的地方隔了快20分鐘的公交車車程，店家也不提前告知，因為手機要沒電了過不去，申請取消訂單也不同意；你要麼就網上寫明辦理入住的地方，要麼就提前短訊或者電話通知一下，讓人大半夜過去、申請取消還不給退費算怎麼回事！！差差評，非常不滿意，非常生氣！！！

第二單，我接着第一單又續了一週。室友姐妹們人都很好。我覺得房間空間挺大的，再加上有陽台，通風采光不錯，所以一點都不會覺得悶。熱水器很好用，熱水足足的。洗漱池水龍頭也夠多，早上洗漱不用“搶”。好評！

位置偏僻，房間裏面跟網上不一致。衞生太差了，房間垃圾都臭了，床單臟，連廁所大便都不沖 。**的這是我見過最差的賓館，真噁心

讀研究期間來深圳南山阜外醫院實習，網上搜了最近我上班的公寓，旁邊有松坪山公園，還籃球場，環境優美，管家帥哥熱情周到親切，非常有禮貌，讓我有回到家的感覺，房間乾淨整潔，座北向南彩光特別好，還有陽台，樓層做衞生大姐很熱情真誠親切的問候，房間設施齊全，旁邊也有很多小吃特別方便，性價比超高，會介紹朋友[強]
