設施：房間高端大氣上檔次，兩百多的房價住這麼豪華的房間，真的是太酷啦
衞生：酒店衞生一塵不染，眼光所到之處全是乾乾淨淨的，特別是大廳的新鮮百合花，真的很香
環境：大廳有免費茶飲和糖果食用，酒店房間無異味，電視投屏自帶VIP會員，觀影效果一級棒
服務：服務熱情，辦理入住全程細心、耐心、笑呵呵的在服務，對繁瑣的要求也能給出合理方案。
深圳到處都是維也納，這家酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，深圳6號地鐵線元芬站A出口幾百米就看得到酒店了，離深圳北站很近，房價比起其他維也納都便宜太多，早餐也有配備，自助形式，早餐種類還不少…可以吃飽。

第一次入住，很滿意這裏的服務，前台小哥哥帥氣有禮貌，見人就喊下午好，歡迎光臨維也納酒店，非常熱情，搞得我都不好意思了，太熱情了，而且酒店價格不貴，物超所值，房間朝向又好，人有服務熱情，這個不給好評説不過去了，需要沖泡奶粉給小孩子喝，房間水壺用着不放心，前台也是二話不説在飲水機幫我們燒水沖奶，真的太可愛了，客房阿姐也是見人就喊下午好，整的我社恐都有點不好意思，必須5555555555555555分好評

房間乾淨衞生，風景也不錯，停車方便、價格不貴、環境不錯、服務非常好，出行也方便，設施方便，整體十分舒適，前台未開的百合花很為大廳加分，服務好的沒話説！衞生間乾濕分離，房間温馨、酒店地理位置非常好，房間隔音也不錯，給我一種家的感覺，晚上還有免費糖水送，太多福利啦。

房間朝向很滿意，光線很足，價格經濟實惠，交通便利，酒店旁邊很繁華，紅綠燈、地鐵站、步行街、應有盡有，距離6號線元芬地鐵站A出口直走幾百米就到酒店了，這裡有兩個維也納，另外一個5.0的國際版本，比較先進，這個維也納價格實惠一些，酒店該有的配置都有，住着也舒心，洗衣機烘乾機，早餐廳，叫車服務都有，屬於配置很齊全的了，我自己入住後體驗下來也是滿意的！
