公寓很大,但用到的地方不多,只有樓上的洗手间可洗澡,比樓下的細,浴簾有等於無,也沒地方放漱洗用品. 全屋太大,所以難以清潔得好,幸好主人睡房乾淨舒適,希望樓上的洗手间也能清潔得到位些

性價比很高（2房！）但安全感很低（複式一樓無法反鎖，衹能在房間反鎖），樓下的洗手間沒沖水 😭！

衛生差，到達樓層走廊已經一股臭味，樓下洗手間不能用，地板安裝都是頭髮，所有設備殘舊，電線外露非常可怕，噪音騷擾隔音設備不足，冷氣出風口都發霉非常骯髒，牆壁都是污漬，廁所鏡子上都是污跡，沙發座位凹下去，反正房間非常殘舊，與圖片完全不符，而且附近沒有步行可到的商場或購物點
