While reception staff was not capable of any English, one management lady helped out very nicely. In total, clean room and bathroom, breakfast for such a hotel surprisingly tasty with good coffee (all self service). Gym equipment rather "home use quality" than what you usually can expect in such a hotel (as the price is not cheap at all). Billiard room. Generally: a business hotel far away from every city center / mall, etc. Though for some customers or suppliers, if they are close, a good option avoiding Shenzhen standard every day traffic jam.

It was terrible. The air conditioner was not cool. There were 5 rooms and all the guests could not sleep. The next day, I asked the front desk and they said they would ask the engineer, but they had no idea.
