缺點：
1）廁所門壞掉，都已經被拆走了~ 即是說如果廁所大解，會有機會有氣味傳到房間裡。
2）最重要的是 被子 不干淨。打電話給前台，前台小哥竟然跟我說，我由入住到打電話的時間，已經過了一個小時，不能換~ 我跟他說：“你先叫人來看一下就明白~” 十幾分鐘之後有人來查看~ 這些明顯是之前弄髒的，還有一隻死蚊子粘在上面~ 也就是說上一手的客人（甚至更久之前的客人）離開之後，店方沒有更換被套、床套！職員看了都沒話可說，只好給我換被套，一來一回又過了20分鐘~ 建議管方一定要加強衛生監察，每次有客人離開必須檢查及更換被套、床套！以防再有類似不衛生情況出現！
優點：1）插蘇充電位充足，不論是大陸插頭還是香港插頭都夠。
2）空調夠冷、熱水充足。

這已經是我第三次入住深圳竹子林7天優品酒店了，每次來都有不同的感受，房間打掃的很乾凈，熱水很足，空調冷氣也足，電視機及其它日用品都很好用，尤其是我來深圳是辦理社保退休手續，馬路對面就是福田區社保分局，隨時可以過去辦事，真是方便。
