The location is convenient, especially if you are coming from Hong Kong. Front desk staff 阿偉 is very kind, who gave up a free room upgrade and also extended our checkout time. We had a great stay!

New hotel nicely designed and very comfortable. Good location and good facilities, overall is very good and value for money at this rate, as it is new. Toilet facilities is good and room is good size and clean, good view as well. Hope it keeps the standard and this price, will stay again in the future.

Met 2 excellent ladies named Judy and duoduo (朵朵） that went the extra mile to provide the best experience during the stay, given that this was my first time staying in this property after coming across multiple time on Douyin. So I took the leap of faith, I booked superior double room and premier executive room, despite of my challenging booking they managed to fit my requirements. I was very delighted with the rooms, great full panel glasses with view to the sea. The premier room was nicely decorated for surprise for a partner and comes with a cute toy

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Check-in and check-out service was fast and efficient. Special thank you to Duoduo for your friendly, polite, welcoming and accommodating service! I was upgraded to executive bay view twin bed room. The room had a 270 degree view to enjoy the sea and city view. Mini bar was free and we received a welcome drink. Amenities were on point with dyson hair dryer. The location is convenient, connecting to a shopping mall with NAYUKI, McDonald's, Supermarket and etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will choose to stay here again. At this hotel you will feel like you are at a five star hotel for a very fair and affordable price. Definitely one of the best hotels in Shenzhen . Thank you Duoduo again, hope to see you soon.

From check-in to check-out, judy greeted us warmly and asked if we needed any help. It was a very good experience and I would come back if I had the chance.
