The breakfast was rich in food, but some hot plates were not hot enough. The staff was kind, but overall it was good.
The room is spacious, the air conditioning is sufficient, and the hot water pressure is sufficient. There are only 2 types of pillows to choose from, too few, I didn't sleep well and I was very tired.
I saw other residents commenting that the former staff didn't smile, and it turned out to be true. In Cantonese, they are described as "black-tongued and black-faced". At least two employees were like this, which made me wonder if I was blocking their work. Smiling more will improve the image of the entire hotel. Smiling is the basic courtesy of hotel employees and needs to be improved.
At this price, overall satisfied.
