五星好評，住得很舒適，房間的設施設備蠻齊全的，衞生比其他酒店要乾淨，一次性洗漱用品很齊全，陽台還有洗衣機和洗衣液，洗衣服很方便，房間有獨立的路由器，wifi網速很快，上網打遊戲無負擔，每個房間還配備了充電線，前台小姐姐的服務態度也是不錯的，辦理入住迅速，地理位置優越，距離地鐵站也很近，出行方便，下次來深圳還來你們家住。

在凡王公寓住了三天，在深圳這麼久了，都是住酒店，唯一這家是 12 ：00 退房的，其他都是兩 14:00 退房。早上 11 多就叫阿姨不停的敲門催房， 很心煩。
