性價比不錯的一家酒店，第一次過來住，地理位置比較優越，屬於大灣區中心的位置哈，鄰近商圈豐富，交通還算便利。服務優質貼心，給酒店加分，大力支持!房間設施設備齊全，衞生也挺乾淨的，網絡也很給力，真的很棒。

這次來到深圳參加文博會展，選擇凡王會展公寓酒店，沒想到竟是非常不錯的入住體驗，到深圳的時間大概中午的樣子，酒店是下午兩點入住的，電話諮詢前台小姐姐能否提前入住，小姐姐很有禮貌，告知有房間後就直奔酒店了,早上太早起床趕車非常困，到店後辦理入住也很迅速，拿着房卡就到房間休息了，房間看起來乾淨整潔，衞生很不錯，毛巾也是消過毒的；交通非常便利，打車很方便，附近有地鐵站公交，去會展中心也很方便，走路10多分鐘就到了，房間設施設備完善，環境不錯，燈光暖調，住得舒適，性價比高，很棒，下次還會再來
最重要的是性價比很高，個人認為是性價比最高的了，沒有之一，酒店下面的綠化很漂亮，出展會後經過河流，小橋，突然間讓自己的節奏得到稍息放鬆。

個人覺得是性價比不錯的一家酒店，而且就在洲際酒店對面，不到100米這個酒店性價比特別高，同樣品質的酒店要在別的商圈平時入住肯定得要300元左右。我也是第一次過來住，地理位置比較優越，屬於會展中心500米的位置哈，鄰近商圈豐富，交通便利。服務優質貼心，主動詢問要求提升入住體驗感，給酒店加分。前台專業高效，想客户所想，大力支持!房間設施設備齊全，打掃的一塵不染，還有贈送免費的礦泉水，真的很棒。他們家的枕頭跟床墊是零壓的睡的也很舒服，在家一樣的感覺，體驗感特別棒，床上用品是別的幾家無法比的哈，主要是還可以免費延遲到下午2點，前台小姐姐真的很貼心，值得大力推薦。床上用品是別的幾家無法比的哈，主要是還可以免費延遲到下午2點，前台小姐姐真的很貼心，值得大力推薦。
來參展幾天每天都下了一點雨，還好房間配了大雨傘，現在是吃小龍蝦的季節，樓下對面的餐館就有，味道挺好的。叫外賣可以直接送到房間門口。

在這春夏炎熱之際，尤其是出門遊玩的時候，就找到了這家店，小區整體環境很不錯，前台在4樓，環境很不錯所以第一觀感很令人滿意服務啦我們是初次來住，所以前台姐姐辦入住的時候很熱情有禮貌，還給我免費升級為2房1廳入住，算是中福利彩票了，房間陽台有洗衣機，還是很方便的，很不錯哦下次有機會還來，能夠住的舒適而且開心這家店的整體價格比較親民，挺好的。

這次因為有事到深圳，會展中收辦事，所以想找個性價比高點的，來到房間後覺得這家酒店性價比真的非常高，位置:離地鐵和機場很近。

酒店前台比較難找，沒有入住證要在大門等其他人開門。
打掃不是很徹底，床底找到上一手留下的拖鞋，床邊櫃桶也有吃剩的外賣盒。
好處是房間隔音很好，酒店在機場附近完全沒有飛機起飛的噪音。
