我不知道攜程是依據那些標準來評判和定義酒店和家庭旅館的，這家稱之為精品酒店的地方，門口連明顯的名牌標識都沒有，就是在寫字樓的三層，一間間的家庭旅館，我們在攜程上看了照片，首頁介紹，和評價以及同地段所有名稱為精品酒店的比較下，選擇預訂，到達之後，才發現不是什麼精品酒店，甚至跟酒店一點不沾邊，更説不上是精品，其實就是普普通通的家庭旅館，環境幽暗，房間不隔音，而且所有硬件設施老化，屋內空氣污濁，窗簾、枕芯一股難聞的味道，牀板也是高低不平。因為帶着孩子，一進前台看着還説的過去，老闆詢問是否看一下房間，由於舟車勞頓，我選擇信任，沒有查看房型，拉着行李進了第一間，但剛坐下休息，難聞的氣味越來越重，於是要求換房，服務員大姐一百個不願意，説我們坐過了床單，下個客人來會給差評，難道我們不是客人嗎？我們沒説話，想將就一晚就走，做生意都不容易，換房之後，躺在床上吱扭吱扭的響，兩側牀板都是斜的，洗手水是冰的，實在是讓人乍舌，希望攜程能重新定位住宿級別，不要再誤導其他想要選擇此地段入住的客人，也希望店家積極改進，畢竟房間定價和周邊快捷酒店的價格差不多，衹有讓住客滿意，才能生意興隆

房型還不錯，但是有些陳舊，主要是手好像睡覺時被蟲子咬了，店家説是蚊子，不過我覺得可能是其他的小蟲子一類的，很癢。店家態度很好，其他都OK
