週二早上去的，定了大床房無窗的，前台客服給我免費升級到了有陽台的雙人房間，環境也很好。沒有異味，床單，地板都比較乾淨！

前台工作人少，顧客有問題要等服務員處理所有前事才對答。分配第一間房，發現厕所位置濕滑，滿地頭髮，浴室更濕，要求换房，最差就係問咗退房時間可延遲到明天1400，但前台11点竟然打內線要求提早退房，本人还在睡梦中被吵醒。這服務差差差。。。。
