Location near the Shenzhen international exhibition hall, restaurants and convenience store surrounding.

It's a small boutique hotel under a larger hotel group. The hotel is very new and the room is clean and tidy. Attention to details is obvious. I would definite return. I am happy the room was non-smoking!

Good hotel

It takes about 5 minutes to walk from Fuhaixi Subway Station to the hotel. Although it is close to the subway station, it takes more than an hour to get from Luohu City. The customer service is courteous, the facilities are clean, and I was given a free upgrade. There are not many restaurants nearby, and there are a few convenience stores which are convenient. Overall satisfied.

The room is clean, the service attitude is good, it is close to Fuhai West subway station, there are many delicious foods around, and the free parking lot is large. I will stay here again when traveling in the future!

The location is excellent, the waiters are friendly, the room layout is good, the parking lot is convenient, there are many places to eat downstairs, and you can go to the movies across the street. It is convenient to take the bus and the subway.

The location is near Fuhai West Subway, and I have already booked my second stay. During the Spring Festival, most of the surrounding hotels were closed. Only this one is still in service. It feels much better than the last time I checked in. I hope it can continue to maintain the standard. Consider installing: - Hooks for hanging clothes, towels, etc. in the toilet - USB plug for travellers’ use

It's not particularly good, but it's economical and worth the price. After all, it's still very affordable. It doesn't make people feel that it's luxurious or the service is particularly good.

The beautiful woman with gold-rimmed glasses at the front desk who greeted me asked me that the hotel requires guests to leave their phone numbers. Looking at her, I actually forgot my phone number 😂😂😂. When I entered the room, it was large, dry, comfortable, no smell, and the air conditioning took about half an hour. It was very cold after that. The drain hole in the bathroom was covered with women's hair. The shampoo was in a large pump, but the body wash was in a small bottle, which could only be used by one person. There was a big hole above the toilet seat. I understood that I forgot to cover the hole after repairs, but something unpleasant happened when I checked out. At about 2:15 p.m., the front desk banged on my door and shouted loudly to urge me to check out, instead of calling the room. I didn’t even look at my order on the computer and it was still time to check out, but overall I was satisfied with having a peaceful night.

Not far from the exhibition center, just a 15-minute walk away. The high-speed rail station and subway station are very convenient to go to. The surrounding area is an industrial area, and the environment is very average. The hotel is OK and has a high cost performance.

The hotel waiter had a very bad attitude. She gave her the wrong Internet password and it was already posted on the wall in the lobby and she didn't even know it! The TV wouldn't turn on or receive the TV station. I called the front desk clerk, and she said she would send someone to the room to fix it. But no one came to fix it at all! There is no USB device in the room, so disappointing! I will never stay in this hotel again!
