Facilities: The projector was great, and the smart speaker gave a full sense of technology. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, with disposable bathtub liners. Environment: Elegant ambiance, and a very comfortable bathtub. Service: Excellent service attitude; the front desk even answered calls late at night.

Facilities: The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out, featuring an extra-wide bed, bathrobes, eye masks, complimentary drinks, and a floor lamp. Everything showed careful consideration and clever design. The smart room control system was also very easy to use. Service: Decent, but nothing special. I arrived after 10 PM and there was no one at the front desk, which was confusing. The front desk staff explained that only one person was on duty at night and might be busy, which I understood completely. I hope that when the front desk is busy with guest rooms, they can leave a sign at the front desk saying, 'Front desk temporarily away, please contact xxxxxx for check-in.' Hygiene: Not good. The bed sheets and duvet cover were wrinkled, and the duvet was a bit short for the bed's width. The acrylic cup lids were covered in dust, and there was clearly visible dust on the black bedside table. The hairdryer, floor lamp, and kettle cords were all hanging out, looking messy. Overall, the room's setup was excellent, but unfortunately, the subsequent maintenance was very poor.

The room is spacious and bright. Facilities: Smart and well-equipped. Service: They have robots that deliver takeout to your door, which is safe and convenient.
