設施：智能馬桶，投影儀，有洗衣機和室外晾衣處
服務：早餐還不錯，粥，小包子，雞蛋和玉米，還額外給了小朋友一個雞蛋，提供了下午茶，兩杯果汁和果盤，果盤很棒。還有小童的挖沙工具，打車去桔釣沙12元左右，很方便，也可以坐公交車。
環境：四樓有陽台，可以看海，民宿出門就是大海，旁邊就能看到去鹿嘴山莊的船，去美人魚拍攝基地，30元一位，小童20元，10分鐘到達，還可以坐觀光車去，交通很便利，小院不大，很漂亮，拍照很好看。
