這個公寓，是我們這麼多年住酒店、民宿感受過最差勁的一次了。酒店不設前台，我們可以接受，同一樓層的其他房間附近都是按摩美容的商家，沒有任何的私密性，也勉強接受吧。房間裏面堆滿各種雜物、洗衣機、發臭的冰箱、曬在飄窗的床單、掃把、拖把、發黴的衞生間牆壁，真的是讓人難受。更讓人忍受不了的是，進了房間就好像與世隔絕似的，完全沒有任何信號，路由器是有，但完全是擺設，連上根本沒有任何作用。手機流量也是用不了的，根本沒有任何信號。提前申請退房，酒店也拒絕，好像沒見過錢一樣。這次也讓我長教訓了，不會再找這種不靠譜的平台，找這種不靠譜的商家預訂房間了。

地點適中 ， 但沒有服務員接待入住，只有微信支援你怎登記入住，每間房要¥500押金，房間設施極差，日式房空間細，不是相中的預期，雪櫃發臭及生銹，欠缺維修保養，照明不足，窗台長掛著即時洗用的床單，毛巾，洗手間有乾濕分離，但淋浴水會向外流，整個流手間濕漉漉，容易滑倒，港人不建議租住

先説説房間吧，很乾凈衞生，採光通風不錯，裝修的是日式風格，針對於周邊的酒店性價比很高。
民宿位置很好，CBD 最繁華地段，會展中心E出口負一樓直達樓上，地鐵有1號線4號線10號線，整體住宿滿意，下次如果有機會還會再次選擇!
