衞生：差！！！牀頭櫃都是有黃色的污漬，並不知道是什麼東西，不知道這個為生是怎麼做的，有沒有認真的擦拭，查房的主管經理那麼大一塊看不到嗎？還是説沒有查房這一項呢？床上居然還有細碎的毛髮！！！
環境：入住的房間地板是破的，並沒有告知，入住沒注意看，晚上回來才發現😵💫
服務：服務人員像機器人一樣，辦理入住沒有笑容，感覺培訓都沒合格就上崗，帶客看房的那個女生，一路上也沒有過多介紹房間，一直玩手機...
設施：廁所老破舊
缺乏管理，平時很少點評但是確實太讓人失望了。
