Before check-in, the housekeeper will communicate in advance to enter the license plate number and wait in the parking lot to help with the luggage. If you want to go to Tung Chung Beach, the housekeeper will be responsible for the pick-up, which is very convenient. If you need it, just communicate with the housekeeper directly. It was an amazing experience. I was really surprise with the quality of the room. Kitty was a great host, got everything we needed and she upgraded our room for free right when we arrived, thank you so much! The beach is clean, room is also clean and the AC works perfectly. The only thing I would suggest is to add more options on your food and drinks menu because we had to order Waimai for lunch since the options were so little. Also, we rented the BBQ grill and 200rmb for a rent is way higher than it should… beside that, everything great! We will definitely comeback! 😌
