Shenzhen Longhua District 5-star Hotels

The Hotel staff was amiable and accommodating. Although very little English was spoken, the staff tried to speak Cantonese to my wife. We were upgraded to a suite which was clean and very big. Our package included a daily buffet breakfast and VIP lounge access for a light meal in the evening. We were given choices out of 4 sets. The set meal in the lounge was average but it was very cosy and quiet with all kinds of drinks available. The best part of the hotel was the bathtub with a view! The buffet breakfast was OK. Tea and coffee were very average. You get better quality from your room. There are a variety of international cable TV channels. To my disappointment, the very latest international movie collections come with a daily flat rate. The size of the TV is a bit small compared to the size of the suite. The sound bar was fantastic though. We were very happy that we did not smell cigarette smoke in the hotel except near the smoking venue. The hotel is very easy to get to by the underground train. You can have weatherproof access to the gigantic mall across the road via the train station. Hard Rock Hotel is positioned to take advantage of the local facilities for a family holiday. It is very popular with families from HK.

We had a wonderful trip during this stay. Good location, spacious and well facilitated luxury room. And staffs Miss Sally Wong & Miss Bella Guo take hospitality care of our needs. We had extend one more days of the the trip. We will return in the future very soon.

To find this hotel, exit the East gate of Shenzhen North rail station. The hotel is just a short walk, maybe 100 yards at most, keeping to the left until you see a set of steps leading to an none descript entrance door of this super tall building. The entrance does not say Pullman, but there is a large sign in Chinese that does say Pullman before the steps. Once inside, there are signs posted in English directing you to the elevators which take you to the lobby on the 46 floor. Breakfast is ok, a bit of western (waffle/pancake/eggs, sausage,/ cerial), but mostly traditional chinese fair. View is spectacular. Room service easy with Q scan, portions are small and price is high. Service attentive and English no issue.

I had a wonderful time at this five star hotel. Whether it was the comfortable rooms or the delicious food, I was deeply impressed. In addition, the hotel also provides a variety of entertainment activities, allowing me to find moments of relaxation during my busy schedule. The five-star rating is well deserved! Lin~

I was quite disappointed with the service rendered by the hotel staff. I booked two rooms for my family to stay. When we arrived only one room was avail and the second we had to wait to be cleaned. We gave our number for the hotel staff to call us when the second room was ready. However, they never called so we had dinner and headed back to the hotel later in the evening. To our surprise the hotel staff said they tried to call but since we didn’t leave a local number they didn’t call after confirming with them before hand that it was ok to leave my Hk number. They separated us in another room rather than having us in two rooms together. Was quite disappointed when I booked a two rooms in advance as I had kids and the elderly travelling with me. This hotel is clearly managed by inexperienced hotel staff as the service was very average. Not the Hilton standard you would come to expect. Breakfast buffet is also not at a Hilton standard. Oily food that is left there for a long time can see restaurant staff lacked care and attention to detail. The hotel manager did come and apologise the next morning for the mishap and gave our kids some toys and biscuits which I thought was a nice touch and they did try with service recovery. If you wanted no frills Hilton quality I think you will be disappointed. You will probably get better service and cleanliness from their lower end sister hotel like Hampton Futian for example or even a Atour hotel. This is supposed to be one of the best hotels in Longhua district but you can definitely feel the substandard service the minute you check in.

It’s clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I remember checking in too late that day. The waiter was also kind and helpful, and we chatted for a while (Xiao Wei Xiao Wang was particularly impressed, and he also introduced what facilities are available and what to do nearby.) Another When I wake up, I can see the beautiful scenery outside through the large floor-to-ceiling glass in the room. Breakfast is also rich in variety, including rice rolls and porridge that can be cooked to order.

We booked a family suite with a twin bed and a queen bed, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to two queen beds for free. The room is spacious and clean, there is a kitchen and washer machine too, perfect for a traveler. Subway line 3 is right under the hotel building, you can take the elevator directly to the subway, Futian high speed train station is on the line 3 route, super convenient. The location is in walking distance to Dong meng market place and laojie, great for food and entertainment. Overall, it's a nice experience staying in this hotel

Hotel is too warm no AC just fan, housekeeping staff couldn’t speak English but tried best to help and find way to assist. While the guy at the front gate also helped with our query to safari park and greeted us the next day if we enjoyed our trip. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffest is ok have many choices.

I booked between Dec24-27,it was x’mas holiday ,staff Mr. Darker Ou was really helpful, even when we check out while he is day off, Mr. Ou come back hotel to help us how to book car. Hotel building elevator is working for office & hotel customer, take a long time for it. Breakfast food is less choice Location close by subway Prices is fair Overall we are happy and will come back

Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.
