The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

As the ***** New Year approaches, I go to Sungang to buy New Year items and book this hotel. The location is convenient. You can find it by walking backwards from Exit C1 of Sungang Metro. Two major shopping malls, Wanxiang Restaurant and Baoneng Global Mall, are also within walking distance. They are full of delicious food and shopping. The location of the hotel is really great! The hotel room is clean and hygienic, but the toilet and shower room are only separated by a shower curtain, making the environment slippery. When checking out, Ronaldinho on duty was smiling and polite. He quickly helped us with the check-out procedures and welcomed us back next time. Since we wanted to go to the supermarket, he also taught us how to get there. The service was first-class!

Overall the room is so so, mainly ruined by smelly restroom and some dusty corners and stain of water on the ceiling, however the bed is clean and comfortable but our stay was shortened as my companion has a bad impression at the smelly restroom. Location wise, the hotel is bit of hard to find as hotel front door is sort of ”hidden”, even a driver of a public taxi that we boarded has no idea of the hotel too. We hope we are wrong but there seems like no vehicle can access directly to the hotel front door (At least we didn't notice that.), so it'll be a bit difficult for travelers with bulky luggages to check-in.

The second time I came to the shop under the banner of Pengke , I believe there is a guarantee of , this time the location is located next to the residential food street , there is no need to worry about eating, unexpectedly renting  a mini room, inside actually  so big, it really shines 😳 Close to the exit of Sungang Station C2, walk about 3 minutes to the hotel, it is convenient to go out to other areas to find food,  The only thing is that there is a site outside the window, it doesn't matter, anyway, I also  I often go out to play, not much time in the room 🤭
