Location is good. 10-15 min taxi ride from Coastal city which is amazing for shopping and food. Subway line and hospital at walking distance. Room was nice and big with basic amenities provided. The bed was big and great mattress. However, the carpet had several stains. Breakfast was really nice and the staff were all so friendly. They made our stay comfortable and we enjoyed being there.

Overall very good. The room just didn't have much of a view. Everything else is fine. clean. The cleaners are very polite. Stayed again the next day and it was cleaned every day. Noah and Jessie are both excellent, helpful, patient, and informative. Breakfast is good. Variety of choices. Very thoughtful to have a lots of HK plugs. But it will be good if also has one in the toilet, so that I can plug my hair hot clip.

Great hotel! Check in was easy and clean spaces. The hotel room was specious and clean. Had some issues with the aircon but the hotel staff fixed it for us very promptly. Very convenient to order takeaway that gets delivered by a little robot. The location was okay, though it’s easy to take a taxi to go anywhere anyways so it didn’t matter too much.

The store owner knew it was raining and dragged a car to the parking lot to pick me up With the dog, I sent the luggage and the dog to the hotel. Because I brought the dog, I specially booked a room with a balcony, and I can see the buildings and alleys in the ancient city. With the windows of the room closed, you can put down the screen to watch the projection. There is also a small table by the window for reading in the room. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the decoration style and facilities. In terms of service, in addition to pick-up and drop-off, we also gave us beer and snacks, and the breakfast was also very rich, which is quite considerate. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator, and it is quite tiring to climb up and down the fourth floor. My room didn't have windows what I didn't recognised while booking. But that didn't bother me at all because I was all day busy in the city. Very clean and comfortable.

The stay was wonderful - not only were the staff wonderful, the lady who checked us in even offered us one more complementary breakfast because there were two of us. Even though the hotel seems a little further away from the city centre, it’s only around 5-8 minutes away from the metro station, so it’s very accessible and convenient. The room was also massive - it completely exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, size, and available space. You can link your phone to the gigantic TV and watch movies, and most of all, the bed + pillows were very comfortable. The bed was cushiony and soft but still really supportive. Had a wonderful trip. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area. Very very good value for money.
