Pet-friendly Hotels in Shenzhen

My girlfriend and I stayed here along time ago during the time of COVID in 2021. Back then it was empty with only a few attendees. Now it was bustling and it was packed! I was happy to see that this place was doing well. A popular and great place for families and couples on weekend get away. Shout out to Damon Liu. He took care of my girlfriend and I our entire stay. He even helped me get a cake for my girlfriend since we were there for her birthday celebration! All the staff I interacted with were super nice with incredible service. They even brought us one emergency first aid kit when my girlfriend broke her nail Our room was clean and we were provided with enough amenities for a weekend stay. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were top quality. Super good and worth your money and stomach. Overall great stay! If your a foreigner in Shenzhen, come here and ask for Damon Liu. He speaks proper English and he’s a gentleman. 10/10 will go back soon again.

We had a wonderful trip during this stay. Good location, spacious and well facilitated luxury room. And staffs Miss Sally Wong & Miss Bella Guo take hospitality care of our needs. We had extend one more days of the the trip. We will return in the future very soon.

If someone wants to enjoy the stay in a hotel near beach side, this is the perfect hotel for that. The room we stayed was well equiped, it was a sea view room. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The service is very satisfying. Although it was Friday, the manager upgraded our room in a discounted rate. The view from the room is heavenly. We wanted to stay in the room and enjoy the view rather than going to the beach. There is a Chaoshi next to the hotel which arranges barbeque, fortunately we found halal meat there. The breakfast at Maymay restaurant was very good. This hotel is highly recommended.

We were so noisy that night but no one complains (sorry and thank you neighboors haha) So perfect for our party . Special mention to one of the staff at the hotel his name is (BAKER) for upgrading our room it's so perfect for us thank you for all the help 🥰 Thank you much again interlaken hotel for letting us celebrate our Christmas party this is our second time and we very sure next year we will still celebrate here again ❤🥰 This place is the best! Highly recommended. 💯

The view from the hotel is very good. When you open the door, you can see the boundless sea. The boss is really nice! There were a lot of available rooms when we arrived, and we were given a room upgrade for free. There is afternoon tea and breakfast, and the variety is relatively rich. This is our first time to play at the beach in Shenzhen. Overall, the experience is great, and we even feel the experience and service at the resort! I will stay here again next time I come to the seaside in Shenzhen!

The stay was pleasant. They offered us if we want have a late check-out. I think that was considerate of them considering that people celebrate New Year’s Eve and that they stay out late. My only concern was that I made a request upon booking for a better view on a higher floor and they put us on a second floor. That was not pleasant for me. I did not insist anymore since I already wrote it upon booking and if they chose to ignore that then let it be. The interiors need renovating. The breakfast though was good. It has a decent Western/ Asian breakfast. I love that part. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to Sea World.

I had to cancel my executive room booking as it was not five star standard. The idea is for you to choose some drinks and have a poor quality plate of food brought to you. Instead I suggest to the hotel to offer an arrival drink at the bar; the evening buffet and breakfast package instead. The executive room is closed so I advice don’t accept the poor alternative of just a few bad benefits. As for the room it self it is excellent with a nice soft bed, hi-tech toilet and a huge bath. The bedroom is great! When it comes to the location this hotel is in a very new area of the city and there is nothing here to do other than stay in the hotel. There is a fitness center waterfall’ with friendly staff and good sized swimming pool and equipment. In addition to the hotel I also bought the Hilton buffet that includes a variety of food and drinks and a nice way to enjoy the evening. The breakfast was also very good in the morning. Finally the staff were very understanding and helped me change my booking to a standard room rate. I apologize to the staff that I was not happy with the executive benefits idea.

I had a wonderful time at this five star hotel. Whether it was the comfortable rooms or the delicious food, I was deeply impressed. In addition, the hotel also provides a variety of entertainment activities, allowing me to find moments of relaxation during my busy schedule. The five-star rating is well deserved! Lin~

The hotel was nice and quiet, people were very welcoming, pleasant experience.

The best service ever. Stayed for my birthday and I enjoyed every moment. Front desk staff is very friendly too.
